Join us for a live character performance as performing artist, Nan Colton, presents “A Portrait of Virginia Woolf”. The legendary author talks about how people see one another as she explains the process of having her portrait painted by Jacques-Emile Blanche. This historically accurate performance, set in 1939, explores how character is created, both from the author’s and artist’s point of view.
Tickets are $25.

Foundations of Art: Sip, Chat & Paint

We’re opening registration for this event early so Gulfport residents have the opportunity to use their Gulfport Rebound vouchers for the tuition. Foundations of Art is back by popular demand with a brand new painting. This is a great way to create an original work of art you’ll be proud to hang on your wall. The February painting subject will be announced soon.
Grab a friend and come out for an evening of fun while you create a work of art. Class is held in the spacious dining hall at the Senior Center. Refreshments are included: Each guest will receive an individually wrapped charcuterie plate and we’ll be pouring from a selection of wines. Only 18 seats are available so we suggest you sign up soon.
