Tickets will be sold at various locations around Gulfport including the Beach Bazaar, and at the Gulfport Senior Center Foundation office (9:30 – noon M-F), and online.

2025 OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES
These are the Official Rules for the Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc. “2024 Golf Cart Raffle” offer. The Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization serving Seniors in Pinellas County, Florida by raising money to support and enhance the health, educational, social, and recreational programs and services of The Gulfport Senior Center.
By entering this drawing, all participants and winner(s) consent to the use of their names and likeness in publicity related to the drawing and its outcome without compensation and waives any and all claims against the Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc. US residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Donations for tickets will begin on November 27th, 2024 and will cease 30 minutes prior to the Grand Drawing at 1:00 – 3:00 pm on April 5, 2025.
General Conditions: By entering, entrants accept and agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc.
Suggested minimum donation of $25.00 dollars per entry. There is no minimum or maximum amount of tickets to be sold. Donations may be tax deductible and deductions may benefit donors differently. Tickets for this drawing will be issued on first come, first served basis. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to The Gulfport Senior Center Foundation and sent to: The Gulfport Senior Center Foundation, 5501 27th Ave S., Gulfport, FL 33707. All monies must clear for ticket to be valid. The winning ticket will be randomly selected on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Bardmoor Golf & Tennis Club, 8001 Cumberland Rd., Seminole, FL 33777 following the 2nd Annual Golf Classic. Winner need not be present to win.
Drawing is open to all ticket holders. The Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to award prize to those whom it determines the winner(s). All decisions are final. Winner(s) will be responsible for all taxes (Federal, State and Local) (Form 1099 will be provided) as well as licensing, registration, and delivery of prize. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone, e-mail, and or US Mail at the information indicated at time of ticket purchase within 10 (ten) days of drawing. Winner must present purchase receipt and/or winning ticket and valid identification to claim prize. Prize must be claimed within 15 (fifteen) days. If the potential winner fails to respond within 15 (fifteen) days, or if notification attempts are unsuccessful, the potential winner will be disqualified & another winning ticket will be randomly selected.

Each product image is indicative of the product and may not wholly represent the actual product. Any images shown are for base model. Any upgrades from base model are at winner’s cost and sole discretion.

Entrants acknowledge that, except as specifically set forth herein, The Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc. has not made and disclaims all liability for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, related to the raffle or the prize. The Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc. shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this raffle fundraising campaign or from any acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Nor shall they be responsible for typographical, printing, or other inadvertent errors in these official rules or other materials relating to this raffle fundraising campaign.
Name of winner(s) or copy of Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, postage paid envelope to The Gulfport Senior Center Foundation, 5501 27th Ave S., Gulfport, FL 33707. Donations to The Gulfport Senior Center Foundation and this event are non-refundable. The Gulfport Senior Center Foundation IS REGISTERED WITH FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES, REGISTRATION #CH18876.
