The Gulfport Health and Wellness Expo 2025 takes place on Saturday, October 11th, from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Maria Center in Gulfport. This free community event is co-hosted by the Gulfport Senior Center Foundation and Senior Life Publications. It offers valuable resources for seniors and the entire community. Guests can enjoy free health screenings, wellness demonstrations, and helpful information to support a healthier lifestyle. LANDMARK: Look for the Big Red Bus.

Visitors will benefit from a variety of free health screenings and interactive demos. These activities help you stay informed about your health while giving you tools to live better. Available screenings will include blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, balance, veins, and more. In addition, you can explore wellness services from trusted community providers.

Entertainment, Prizes, and Refreshments

Beyond health, the event brings fun and excitement. The City of Gulfport’s trolley service will be available from 10-2 between Town Shores and the Maria Center. Attendees can look forward to live entertainment featuring Steve Roman, plus door prizes and tasty refreshments. Moreover, this is a great chance to meet new people and connect with local resources.
