A Very Generous Donor Will Match Your Gift up to a Total of $1,000
Now that the Gulfport Senior Fitness Center has reopened, the Foundation has renewed its efforts to replace the second treadmill that is on its last legs. The treadmills are one of the most popular pieces of equipment in Fitness Center, so they have always needed lots of maintenance. The Foundation purchased a replacement for one treadmill before the COVID-19 shut down.
Anonymous Donor Pitches In!
An anonymous donor has very generously pledged to match every treadmill donation this month up to a total of $1,000. As soon as the fundraising goal is reached, the Foundation will purchase another treadmill.
As soon as Gulfport Senior Center Supervisor Rachel Cataldo announced that the Fitness Center would reopen on November 2, seniors started signing up to restart their fitness efforts.

The Fitness Center is open to pre-registered guests Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Fridays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Appointments are required and safety protocols are in place. For more information about the Center’s reopening, call 727-893-5657
