1. Health Education Series Part 1: PAIN MANAGEMENT
Every THURSDAY AT 1:00 PM

• Sponsored by Palms of Pasadena Hospital!

FEBRUARY 2, 9, 16 & 23 – These special presentations on Pain Management are FREE and open to all. Topics in February will include: – the benefit of exercise, therapies such as yoga,  meditation, massage and acupuncture; the final session will address the issue of patient self advocacy.

2. FLEA MARKET, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

3. ‘”HONOR FLIGHT” PRESENTATION

Dave Howard will speak about the free flights to Washington, DC for qualifying veterans to see the Monuments. If you a veteran who is  eligible for this trip, you will be able to sign up there for this journey of a lifetime.
